Creating magic together and images that truly represent and reflect who you are comes from having trust and a connection with me. If I could think of three words that sum up what I offer, it would boil down to this:
what you should expect.
I firmly believe that getting to know my couples beforehand to make sure we're the best fit for each other is the #1 way to ensure that you love your images and the whole experience. So whether this is your first time hiring a photographer or not, there are a few things you should know first...
I cherish real moments & the value of being genuine.
It fills my heart to the brim to catch brief moments in time that will serve as REMINDERS– reminders of how much my couples love one another in moments that they need it most and by extension, to encourage, enrich, & strengthen their marriages through capturing images that are authentic and honest. I want to preserve memories and make a lasting impact. I want to capture the most special, intimate and meaningful time in my clients’ lives, and give them something that will last a lifetime- give them a legacy they can share.
As a wedding photographer, I get to meet the greatest couples at the beginning of a new chapter in their love stories and get to know them on a personal level and then cheer them on during their wedding day. My goal as your photographer is to make this one aspect of the planning process simple. Before your wedding day, I will be there to help with timelines, share tons of info on how to get ready for your wedding, and provide vendor recommendations if you need it. On your wedding day, I will be there to give you yoga breathing exercises to find your calm and shake out the nerves, fluff your dress, get you HYPED and maybe even give you an energy bar if you forgot to eat! Whether guidance comes in the form of something small or big, I want to help make this experience as stress-free as possible.
I keep emphasizing how important it is to establish a good connection between us for a good reason. When my couples are relaxed and having a good time and enjoying themselves, they forget that I'm even there. They feel the most natural, at ease and their expressions are more genuine. Most my couples usually show up saying how awkward they are and how they hate getting their pictures taken... buuuut by the end they’re going on about how easy, fun and fast it was because it was so different than what they had originally expected it to be! Because my style is less forced and posed and instead more organic and movement based, you don't feel as stiff, full of tension or out of place. It just feels like you're hanging out and occasionally doing some weird, funny stuff ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
I'm not just another wedding vendor for you. I don't want to be something that you just check off of your list to get done or an after thought. After all is said and done, and everyone goes home, photography really is the only thing that lasts after your wedding day. The number one thing I hear from friends and couples who decided to go for someone cheap say they regret it and wish they would have invested and prioritized photography. 100% of the time. Honestly, over time it’s something that will only increase in value as the images get passed down for generations to come. This is your legacy. This is something that will last a lifetime. ♫ This is your love story, baby just say yes!
I offer easily customizable collections that can be made to fit your day perfectly. Customizations can include a second photographer, more hours, albums, rehearsal coverage, boudoir session etc.
All collections come with professionally edited hi-res images, delivered via a personalized online gallery that can be shared with family and friends. I never use watermarks and you are free to download and print your photos as much as you would like.
Duration is usually around two hours and it can be in the location of your choice! I love shooting in outdoor locations because the light is incredible. There are super rad spots around Tucson like Mount Lemmon, Saguaro National Park, and the lavender fields of Oracle! If you’re looking for options around the state, I am always up for exploring a new spot together.
A portrait package includes any type of family or anniversary session, and maternity! It’s usually around an hour and it can be in the location of your choice! Most of my portrait clients want to showcase the natural beauty of Arizona. I especially love shooting in the desert and up in Mount Lemmon because it’s so unique and the light is incredible. There are also other great options around the state, and I am always up for exploring a new spot together.
GOLDEN GODDESS BOUDOIR PACKAGE
This is not your typical boudoir session done in a studio. This is for the wild-hearted Goddesses, who want to explore their sacred feminine sensuality and connection with nature. The Golden Goddess Boudoir package is usually around two and a half or three hours depending on a few factors. I love shooting these in outdoor locations because the golden light is absolutely dreamy for this type of shoot and highlights the Golden Goddess in everyone. Places like Sonoita, Mount Lemmon and strategic areas around the desert offer enough intimacy and privacy to be able to feel confident, empowered, sexy, and free.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you travel? Where are you located?
I’m based out of Tucson, Arizona, but I love traveling and am actually on the road quite a bit. So if I’m already going to be in or near an area you’ve always dreamed of doing your photos, and we can coordinate our schedules, let’s set it up. I’d love to make it work!
If you’d like me to meet you in a destination outside of Arizona where I don’t already have plans to visit, just let me know and we can customize a wedding package that fits perfectly for your day!
How many images will we receive and when will we get them?
In short, a whole lotta’ images! The number of photos varies from wedding to wedding and it depends on how many hours I’m shooting and all of the events of the day! Typically though, I deliver anywhere from 70-100 images per hour. Within one week of your wedding, you will have a sneak peek that I will publish on my social media platforms. The final images will be delivered 6-8 weeks after your wedding in an online gallery personalized for you.
How do we book you?
The booking process is quite simple actually! All I require to reserve your wedding date is a signed contract and a 40% retainer. Once both are received, then it’s official! The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding date with payments done between. For a portrait or family session, the full investment is due in order to reserve your date. I accept cash and paypal transfers.
Do you only shoot weddings?
I absolutely love weddings and my heart is filled to the brim afterwards! But, I also love engagements, anniversaries, maternity, family and boudoir! Shoot me a message for more info!
What is your shooting style?
I love being both interactive and discreet throughout the wedding day. There will be parts of the wedding day when I will need to be in control in order to accomplish everything that needs to be done while staying on schedule. There will also be moments when you shouldn’t even know that I’m there. Overall though, my goal is to create photos in a photojournalistic and unobtrusive way to help you to remember the day as it really happened.
