…With you I’d dance in a storm in my best dress fearless! And that is EXACTLY what Lindsay and Nicki did on their wedding this past Saturday. Boy oh boy! Am I excited to share this blog post! Why? Well, it’s only because Lindsay has been my best friend since KINDERGARTEN and I was the one that shot her wedding!! AHH!
Two families once separated, now coming together. That’s what happens when you get married. And this wedding was no exception. Though there are 10,943 km between England and the Philippines, there was no amount of distance that could keep the amount of love and support that was shown on this day at bay.
With an estimated population of 1,394,928, San Diego is the eighth-largest city in the United States. They were each there for different reasons, Kristina’s reason only lasting the weekend. They could have met different people. They could have been hanging out in different bars. A million factors could have influenced them never meeting each other in such a large city, in such a short window of time…
When I first heard their love story, I was practically in tears because of how cute it was. I could feel how excited Ana Lucia was sharing a bit of their story. It was as if it were straight out of a romance novel or one of those old Golden Era black and white films about love. Which for me, made my heart flutter seeing as how I’m a total sappy romantic haha. Their sweet smiles, dreamy stares, and cute giggles never stopped the entire time. And I couldn’t help but notice the way he held her hand and the way she rested her head on his shoulder… it was as if they fit perfectly together.
Hello, everyone! I’m so glad you’re joining me today! I know I said that this week I would wrap up the series called “So You Want To Be A Photographer” today, aimed at encouraging other creatives and aspiring photographers to make the leap and follow their dreams… but this session was just too good and I couldn’t wait to post it!! Trust me though, you WON’T be disappointed. This pair… oh man. They were a dream! The light was perfect. The setting was beautiful… it was like the trifecta of greatness!
